My weight problem sort of snuck up on me. I didn’t seem to have a problem until one day I looked up and realized I was thirty pounds heavier than I wanted to be. I was also starting to show signs of my weight affecting my health, which really concerned me. I didn’t want to become diabetic and be on medications, but that’s where I was headed.
